They did a great job! I wanted to secure my house door they came out and gave me many great ideas and we ended up adding a metal plate to the frame of the door and a metal plate to cover the lock part of the door so nobody can kick it in

Had a difficult time with the passing of mom. Needed 8 locks changed quickly. With little notice a locksmith ( Dave ) showed up a did the work in 50 minutes flat. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was done to perfection. Have used Broadway 15 to 25 years ago and it was good then too.

Worst service ever! I would never recommend them to anyone. The person that was supposed to fix and repair my door knob took the doorknob and never brought it back. He even took my money. I called their so called customer service and they did not help to resolve this issue. This company is fake and a total scam!! I'm only giving it a one star because I had no choice but to give a one star without in order to be able to post this. Otherwise I would give negative stars! Do not get fooled by this fake company.

The key works on 2 out of the 3 doors it's supposed to work for. It's alright but it's not the best. It might work for you or it might not.
